JGAF Strategic Plan for Tackling Critical & Urgent Needs
. Needs Assessment & Prioritization
-
JGAF is actively working with communities and partners, ocal leaders to identify urgent issues, such as hunger, housing insecurity, lack of healthcare, and education gaps. We use clear priority criteria (urgency, severity, number of people affected) to ensure the right problems are addressed first
-
. Rapid Intervention. When critical needs arise, we deploy rapid response teams and resources within days. Our interventions include food distribution, emergency medical support, temporary housing, and immediate educational assistance for children and youth.

-
Strategic PartnershipsWe collaborate with NGOs, governments, churches, donors, and local organizations to maximize resources, avoid duplication, and scale our impact where crises hit hardest.
-
. Transition to StabilityJGAF bridges relief and development by moving beyond emergency aid. Once immediate needs are met, we help families rebuild stability through vocational training, job creation, permanent housing projects, and continued access to healthcare and education. -
Accountability & ImpactWe measure success through transparent reporting, tracking meals served, shelters provided, students supported, and medical cases treated. Feedback from beneficiaries guides us to improve, innovate, and respond even more effectively in the future.
