O OIGM acaba de lançar um NOVO programa no Haiti. O programa estará EM BREVE na REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA.
Nome do Programa: OIGM TECHNO-ALPHA
Por que este programa? Nos países em desenvolvimento, o sistema de tecnologia é o maior canal para se comunicar com o mundo, fornecer relatórios médicos, transferir prescrições para centros de farmácia, enviar relatórios médicos de pacientes para instalações médicas; em vez de usar uma referência em papel. Com este novo programa, teremos acesso geral aos prontuários dos pacientes, acesso geral aos relatórios dos alunos, etc.
Nos países em desenvolvimento, 95% das famílias têm pelo menos um computador e acesso à Internet em casa, nas escolas e nas bibliotecas. Eles usam seus computadores para fazer lição de casa, criar software, criar um blog ou site, criar voz sobre IP, assistir notícias globais etc. No entanto, o Haiti e seu país vizinho estão muito atrás da maioria dos países neste mundo da tecnologia. No Haiti e na República Dominicana, a maioria dos escritórios do governo ainda usa as máquinas de escrever para digitar um documento legal. Dito isso, esses países (como Haiti e República Dominicana) precisam de um grande suporte técnico para atingir o padrão mundial.
Purpose of the Program
In developing countries, technology is one of the most powerful tools for connection, efficiency, and modernization. It enables:

Transmission of medical reports and prescriptions to pharmacies and hospitals

Uploading and accessing patient data across multiple medical facilities

Sharing academic reports and student records without dependence on paper documents
JGAF TECHNO-ALPHA aims to introduce and standardize these digital processes to modernize healthcare, education, and government administration.
JULES GLOBAL ACCESS FOUNDATION (JGAF) has launched an accelerated initiative: JGAF TECHNO-ALPHA.
The goal of JGAF TECHNO-ALPHA is to train multiple generations across Haiti and the Dominican Republic—beginning with doctors, nurses, teachers, hospital staff, pharmacists, students, and social workers—on how to properly use computers, the internet, and digital record systems. In addition, the program will introduce training on how to create and manage patient charting systems.
Why This Matters — A Real-Life Scenario
Imagine Ms. Mary visits a doctor and receives a prescription for several medications. She begins treatment, but shortly after, another health issue arises. She visits a different doctor at another facility, but there is no access to her previous medical records. Without knowing her current prescriptions, the second doctor may prescribe medication that conflicts with her existing treatment. Instead of healing her, this gap in communication could create a medical crisis.
